What You Will Do

Join our Stryker Medical team! We are committed to working with you to improve outcomes for patients and caregivers. That’s why we design equipment focused on performance and safety throughout the continuum of care. We’ve got you covered from EMS to the OR & ICU, to home care – because helping you make healthcare better is what we do. 

  • Promote and sell Stryker products 
  • Educate nurses, nursing leadership and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products 
  • Direct product evaluations in Acute Care, Residential Care, and office settings 
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings 
  • Keep regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis 
  • Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion 
  • May assist in the training and development of sales personnel 
  • Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products 
  • Employee has the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents 
  • Employee has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities 

What You Need  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in a sales position

Preferred:

  • Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health related discipline, science, or kinesiology
  • 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales  

Additional Information  

  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
  • Must have a valid driver's license
