How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Port Management and File Server Administration.
• User Management Support case resolution at Microsoft
• Reporting incidents and changes impacting the tenant Activity reports, inactive sites → Backup and recovery strategy Creation and management of sites and site collections.
• Creation and management of libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Configure security and compliance Monitor performance and activity Incident and request resolution.
• Maintenance window planning.
• Management and optimization of allocated storage.
• Application of standard processes.
• Build and configure policies for Teams, Chats.
• Adjusting permissions based on groups instead of users.
