We are currently seeking an HR Performance Dashboard Program Manager to join our HR Regulatory Response and Control function. The HR Performance Dashboard Program Manager will support the production and continuous improvement of a Firmwide performance metrics program required for regulatory compliance purposes.

What you’ll do in the role:
• Partner with the HR Performance Dashboard Program Lead, senior business unit control officers, control function representatives, and internal HR functions
• Assist in overseeing strategy and execution related to business and individual performance information, analytics, and reporting processes in partnership with relevant functions across business units and various control functions.
• Assist in leading cross functional governance program related to identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the company's strategic objectives, including defining governance roles and responsibilities, identification and prioritization of program enhancements, analysis and socialization of trends, and management reporting.
• Leverage 'lessons learned' exercises to recommend and implement changes to existing attribution methodology, KPI metrics, and reporting framework for purposes of program enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Develop guidelines and training for business unit, infrastructure and control functions related to performance metrics program goals, outcomes, and reporting structures; deliver training and socialization presentations.
• Partner with Technology and internal analytics colleagues to coordinate, streamline and automate data collection, analytics and distribution channels.
• Collect, analyze, and regularly report to senior management for purposes of monitoring effectiveness of existing metrics and continuous improvement of dashboard design and functionality based on user feedback and best practices.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in developing and managing dashboards or managing large data set that help align performance and compensation practices with business and individual performance metrics
• Strong understanding of performance management, performance metrics, KPIs, a keen eye for data visualization, the ability to translate business requirements into deliverables for the technology team, and a solid grasp of risk and control and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting large scale projects in large company environment across multiple divisions and time zones with focus on change or business improvement.
• Excellent data visualization skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to translate business requirements into deliverables for the technology team
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry
• Command of Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ideally strong knowledge of Zoom, OneNote, Jive site maintenance
• Strong communication and presentation skills particularly to senior management
• Experience managing a team and the ability to work effectively across a large number of stakeholders.
