Function Description:

The candidate is a key member of Global Services Group (GSG) Capabilities Team. This team plays a very critical role in achieving operational excellence, managing products, enhancing the colleague and customer experience, and driving growth for our business partners within the company.

Purpose of the role:

Candidate will be required to work with various business groups and stakeholder groups to understand key requirements, to align and socialize the proposed process improvements and any other associated system and process changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various business groups and stakeholder groups to understand key requirements, to align and socialize the solution design with them.

  • Apply Agile project management discipline, and quality techniques to ensure timely delivery of key milestones as per the plan.

  • Lead change management for the end users, customers, and all concerned business groups with positive experience.

  • Partnering with technology and key business groups including process owners to ensure e2e testing of the solution design.

  • The incumbent shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with user community, compliance groups and provide leadership updates on key milestones, issues and risks, timely escalations, resolution of issues.

  • Candidate will interact with Internal/External customers clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, e-mails and phone calls.

  • Candidate will plan jobs according to their due timelines and complexities and ensure overall co-ordination of the work between various teams and departments. 

Minimum Qualifications

Past Experience:

Product ownership, product development, leading large scale cross functional projects in a similar or comparative environment, Knowledge and experience of Rally, Jira and Agile methodology, ERP application deployment and Relevant experience in Cloud data reporting.

Academic Background:

MBA/MCA with minimum 6-7 years of post-qualification experience. Good understanding and experience with the setting up Business processes.

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

  • Excellent relationship management and the ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills

  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and through presentations. Ability to break down complex ideas into clear and actionable messages

  • Highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work with ambiguity.

  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables with aggressive deadlines

  • Exhibits capacity to “connect the dots” and grasp both big picture and small details

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, direct reports and business partners

  • Take responsibility and work with little supervision, as well as have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • High degree of flexibility and creativity required to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

  • Proven project and change management skills.

     

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

  • Relevant experience in product management, product development, leading large scale cross functional projects in a similar or comparative environment.  Exposure in project management and systems deployment for related processes is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Platforms: Lumi, Tableau, SAP products, Oracle cloud application.

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional data presentation/ story telling skill is big plus.
