What you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers while identifying key contacts to drive business opportunities.

  • Plan and execute customer/partner visits, demos, and proposals aligned with business targets and customer needs, while translating strategies into actionable plans.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations, providing timely reports and insights to management.

  • Inform and guide customers on purchasing methods, collaborating with the tender department and supporting project completion and reporting.

  • Oversee material delivery, installation, and post-sales user training, including attending surgeries to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage billing processes, track collections, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.

  • Address customer feedback and complaints by taking appropriate actions and providing updates to stakeholders.

  • Support marketing and logistics efforts by preparing materials for events, responding to scientific support requests, and exploring cross-product business opportunities.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth within a territory.

  • Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.

  • Valid KSA driving license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
