This role is a critical enabler to the definition and execution of our Investments & EMEA strategy with responsibilities spanning several areas and strongly interacting with our management team.
Responsibilities include:
Directly supporting specific strategic initiatives across the Investments and EMEA Commercial areas
Supporting the EMEA & Investments COO team in its strategic communication and engagement across Invesco
Supporting the EMEA Investments and Commercial Leadership teams in the definition and delivery of their business strategy
In partnership with relevant business leaders, shape and drive the execution of strategic priorities and key initiatives
Proactively establishing strong working relationship with regional and global teams to build understanding of our business and to support delivery of key projects
Supporting execution of strategic initiatives and assessments as they arise and provide market analysis where needed
Supporting elements of Invesco Leadership teams’ operating rhythm in EMEA in terms of content focus and convening
Supporting the EMEA & Investments COO team in its strategic communication and engagement across Invesco
Supporting preparation of key updates and reports such as Corporate Board, Legal Entity Boards and Senior Invesco Leadership updates
Leading development and execution of dashboards, metrics and reporting to key governance forums
What you will bring:
Proven experience in consulting, strategy, business management or similar type roles
Experience within the Asset Management industry
Experience of Investments topics
Enterprise mindset - make decisions based on what is best for the firm
Business acumen - Cultivate a deep understanding of the business; build in-depth knowledge of our strategy, products and clients
A drive for strategic execution - drive results and focus on resources to achieve goals
Data synthesis and visualisation - able to identify and synthesize information
Change agility and resilience - able to remain flexible and nimble to pivot and change direction
