The Consumer New Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch. This role will have high visibility and broad exposure to many critical areas of the US Consumer business.
Given the company’s focus on more flawless and consistent processes across the enterprise, this role will focus on large Enterprise Initiatives, key business processes and coordinate across tech modernization efforts to enhance our customer experiences, adhere to laws and regulation and improve internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new customer facing product, features and capabilities. Critical participant in concept development, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end customer experience design
- Understand business objectives and customer needs and identify creative ways to leverage capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs
- Digital product owner for Consumer-wide cross portfolio products and processes, leading end-to-end program management and defining operating and partnership models
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, reduce operational risk and increase agility in product development
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external partners, incl. Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Risk, Servicing, Technology across different card portfolios and BUs to align product decisions
- Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, has a strong attention to details and a can-do attitude and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills to drive results in a large organization, clear communicator and capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate the details of complex processes and regulatory requirements, great at creating structures out of ambiguity and documenting key decisions
- Skilled at understanding business and customer needs and translating into tech requirements, familiar with product lifecycle and scaled agile delivery
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and up for the challenges pioneering into uncharted territory
- Understands regulatory environment; desire to build controlled processes and mitigate risk
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
