  • Managing day-to-day project management tasks by tracking the status of all strategic initiatives in Jira (a project management tool)
  • Collecting and reporting key success and risk metrics, including identifying concerning trends and root cause
  • Managing and tracking the overall data quality program budget (including consulting and technology spend) through the lens of stated deliverables and due dates
  • Documenting all project-related actions and decision points and escalating major issues immediately to senior leadership that could result in significant delays or represent significant risk
  • Preparing presentations (e.g., slide decks) for updates to senior management
  • Developing consultant Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or Scopes of Work (SoW) as needed
  • Updating Morgan Stanley Finance systems to support consultant onboarding and offboarding

  • Ability to independently manage and execute on multiple, simultaneous workstreams and exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to present ideas concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and/or data visualization tools and systems
