How a Every day would look like in this role:

•  As a Senior Accountant, this role is to support the business divisions in operations from financial perspective. You will be a member sofa high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting for both internal and external team members.

• This role also involves participation in various finance projects, including system enhancements, operational improvements, and new business initiatives. Supports the smooth running of finance day-to-day operations as well as month-end and financial year-end closing activities.

• Support and involves in year end audit and handles all audit related matters

• Prepare budget file during budgeting period and supporting to Hoff

• Handles day to day operation enquiries and requests from managers and external parties

• Prepare annual company tax for filing

• Lead and give to finance transformation projects, such as system migrations, opera improvements, and new initiatives if any

• Participate in month-end closings, prepare and review statement of financial position. Resolve and follow-up on open item within balance sheet schedule, adjust on exchange variance, ensure smooth monthly closing of accounts

• Propose and implement improvements in execution to optimize reporting efficiency and effectiveness

• Repaired and work on GST Reporting on Quarterly basics. Also assist & involve on GST ACAP Audit

• Assist Payable Function, work closely with Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) P2P Team on monthly outgoing payment, review the accuracy of payment listing

• Accounts Receivable Function, oversees overdue listing and resolving with (FSSC) O2C Team

• Handle and submit Royalties/Interest from Loan for WHT payment within IRAS Portal

• Assist in day-to-day activities and handle ad-hoc matters as needed.
