We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate - Level II- Collections Specialis t to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Inc. facility in Florence, KY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Efficient Payment Processing : By accurately and promptly processing customer payments, you'll ensure smooth cash flow and financial stability for the company.
- Customer Relationship Management : Working with both internal and external customers to resolve payment issues will help build strong, positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Accurate Account Statements : Preparing precise statements of accounts will provide customers with clear and reliable financial information, reducing disputes and misunderstandings.
- Responsive Customer Service : Answering basic customer inquiries effectively will improve customer experience and trust in the company's financial processes.
- Insightful Account Analysis : Conducting thorough analysis of accounts will help identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to better financial management.
- Process Improvement : By conducting root cause analysis of late payments and suggesting process improvements, you'll help streamline operations and reduce payment delays.
- Month-End Reporting : Assisting in preparing month-end reports will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Project Participation : Engaging in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement will drive innovation and efficiency, enhancing overall financial performance.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
