About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Adoption Architect to join our Field Product Management (Outbound) team. You will be pivotal in driving product adoption, designing customer-focused solutions, and enabling success across our Risk suite ecosystem. As an individual contributor, you'll partner across teams to create compelling content, deliver impactful workshops, and equip stakeholders with best practices.

Content Development:
- Develop and deliver actionable collateral, including implementation best practices, process flows, and adoption guides.
- Create engaging, outcome-driven content to support customer enablement.
- Innovate and implement creative strategies to showcase the impact of our solutions and amplify inspiring customer success stories.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to deliver interactive adoption workshops that showcase best practices.
- Equip key stakeholders with tailored resources through webinars and ongoing support.
- Customer Impact:
- Drive the customer adoption journey by translating complex solutions into meaningful, real-world applications.
- Innovate strategies to amplify customer stories and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
Career & Role Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand the role's impact as part of an evolving, fast-paced team.
Travel:
- Travel less than 20%, primarily for key customer workshops and field enablement activities.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we need someone who has the following:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 6+ years in solution consulting, implementation consulting, or product delivery).
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and its applications portfolio (Risk and Compliance modules required).
Experience:
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging, customer-facing workshops, translating complex solutions into actionable insights.
- Strong track record of successful cross-functional collaboration, driving teams toward shared goals.
- Hands-on experience with multiple domains in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
- Effective multitasking capabilities, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a "start small and scale" approach to solution delivery.
- Highly adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities with poise.
