Job Description

Internship Program Overview  

At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us.

  

What you will do  

The world of work is one of the most pressing issues that business leaders have on their mind and as the defining enterprise platform of the 21st century, ServiceNow is poised to be the platform of choice to tackle this critical imperative. But we will not do it without a robust partner ecosystem leading partner offerings and solutions. This role will be part of the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) team that is at the forefront of driving ServiceNow’s growth to $15B and beyond with and through partners. 

You will be part of the Global Partner team within GPC where you will be supporting the global partner leaders in their pursuit to take the partnership to the next level. Your role will involve: 

  • Carry out market research by going through annual reports, analyst reports to better understand the current state of the partners’ business and sharing those insights with key internal executives and partner leaders to inform their strategy. 

  • Help construct and build key narratives for the partners to help them understand the value of building their business on ServiceNow as we look to penetrate into new buying centers (industries, markets, customer segments and/or GTM motions such as resell, managed services) 

  • Carry out data analysis and analytics on historical partner performance to help identify areas of growth opportunities 

  • Lead and support build out of key frameworks and templates such as partner business reviews, executive briefings, portfolio performance to help streamline operational efforts for the broader team and to drive consistency. 

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, finance, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2025-June 2026  
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.  

  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.  

  • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.  

  • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.  

  • Highly organized and efficient.  

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.  

  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.  

  • Previous internship experience is a plus.
