We're seeking someone to join The Governance, Regulatory, and Client Engagement (GRCE) team as a Technology Risk-RFI Specialist in the Technology Risk department to join a small global team responsible for the external clients’ due diligence Requests for Information (RFI) process. This includes coordinating technology related clients’ inquiries, external audit requests, as well as ad hoc requests for information and meetings.

This is a Risk & Resiliency Management II position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents.

What you’ll do in the role:
· Record RFI request received and confirm with RFI requestor on the receipt of request.
· Analyze requests to determine whether standard RFI responses in the central repository exist to respond to requests or the technology SMEs to obtain responses.
· Collaborate with SMEs tasked with preparing responses to technology related requests to ensure the common goal of an accurate and timely response.
· Prepare RFI status emails and trackers for complex RFI requests.
· Review responses collected to ensure they are responsive to the request.
· Liaise with Technology Legal to obtain approval on new client request response.
· Assemble responses collected for submission or populate client supplied templates as required.
· Update timely the standard RFI response repository to incorporate new or updated responses collected.
· Support the annual process to refresh the standard RFI response repository.
What you’ll bring to the role:
· At least 2 years' experience and understanding of technology risk and information security risk.
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with all levels of Technology & Data organization and business units.
· Aptitude for IT and strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology (i.e., technology controls, technology assessments, technology audits, technology risk, RFI/due diligence, SOC reports)
· One or more of the following Industry Certifications:
o Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
o Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
o Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
