Your Role at impact.com:
Oversees the successful management of Studio accounts, including ideation and execution
Reports to the Senior Manager in Studio
What You'll Do:
- Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients' creator marketing programs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met.
- Creator Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier creators, ensuring alignment with clients' brand values and campaign objectives.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with affiliate publishers, content teams, and marketing channels to provide comprehensive coverage across the marketing funnel.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular reporting and analysis of creator partnerships, leveraging the impact.com platform to provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage influencer campaign’s annual, quarterly, and monthly creator budgets, providing projections and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience managing influencer + affiliate marketing programs
- Significant knowledge of budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
- Affiliate and campaign performance experience is a must.
- Paid amplification is a major plus (Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads)
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Established relationships with creators and talent managers are a plus
- Knowledge of influencers (ideally within CPG, fashion, finance, wellness, fitness, etc.) and influencer rates
- Strong understanding of the creator marketing landscape, platforms, and industry trends and ability to advise clients on best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of executing successful creator marketing strategies with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest etc.)
- Significant communication, organization, and client relationship management skills
- Must have client-facing experience
- Strong people skills are needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managers
- Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Knowledge of the impact.com or an affiliate platform experience
