About the Team
The Sales Development team at Workvivo is an energetic, collaborative, and supportive group.
Based in Cork, Ireland, this team plays a key role in identifying new opportunities and driving

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in
business development and sales within a growing SaaS company. This is an exciting
opportunity to develop foundational skills in customer engagement, lead generation, and sales
strategy. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, learning best practices
for identifying and connecting with potential customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential customers who could benefit from the Workvivo platform.
- Support lead qualification by engaging with prospects and understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to drive awareness.
- Learn and apply outreach techniques across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for
- improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
- Curious and eager to learn about sales, customer engagement, and the SaaS industry.
- Proactive, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not required.
