Job Details

This role will work in the West EMEA Operations Model. The role will cover all countries within Federation 22 (South Africa, UK, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark).

 

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, which includes tasks from preparing offer letters and conducting background checks, to organising orientations and training sessions.
  • Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employee information within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, emphasising quality control and the effectiveness of management strategies.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyse the results, and develop recommendations to enhance workplace environment and culture.
  • Administer employee benefits, clearly communicate available packages, and respond to related inquiries with precision and empathy.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, ensuring that resources for self-service and the knowledge base are current and comprehensive.
