Position Summary:
The Wealth Management Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant Vice President (AVP) to support our Client Acquisition and Retention Offer Strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with partners in Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, Analytics & Finance to launch new offers to E*TRADE prospects and clients.
The AVP will have a seat at the table to influence and innovate on our Offer strategy including but not limited to offer construct, marketing, and user experience. Successful candidates are detail oriented, organized, effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills. Experience coordinating numerous deliverables across large working groups is a must.
Responsibilities:
Competitive Analysis: Provide regular updates on the promotional offer strategies of key competitors in and outside of the financial services industry. Highlight gaps and opportunities.
Offer performance management: Partner with analytics teams on ongoing performance analysis. Leverage learnings for continual offer optimization.
Program management: Lead bi-weekly meetings to communicate upcoming launches, keep deliverables on track and share performance analysis for continual program evolution.
Offer Implementation: Own necessary launch materials including request forms, disclosure reviews and approvals.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus.
A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Previous experience in marketing pricing and promotions a plus, but not required.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 135000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
