What You Will Do:
- Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform, with a focus on reliability, availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation to define cloud architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with application development and deployment processes
- Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on Azure cloud services, best practices, and architecture principles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure cloud technologies and services
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience managing complex cloud architectures with a focus on the Azure platform
- Proficiency in application modernization, cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and security best practices in cloud environments
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to foster growth and innovation in cloud and AI technologies
- Familiarity with application development technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- $129k - $286k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
