We are looking for a talented Operations Team Manager - 3rd shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Rocky Mount, NC location.

Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Leadership Skills: Effectively manage multiple production teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and productive. Provide clear direction and set expectations to achieve production targets.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 100% Onsite role based out of Rocky Mount, NC
- Understands Basics of Manufacturer
- Ability to lead team with minimal supervision
- This is a 3rd shift role from 10pm to 6am, May need to work some weekends and holidays based on business needs.
- Preferred candidates will possess 4 years of leaderships experience in high volume manufacturing
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering
- Six sigma certified in a plus, but not a requirement
