The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships. This role drives customer satisfaction and contributes to revenue growth through strategic account management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to establish and expand relationships within each customer.
- Grows and maintains existing customer & partner relationships through proactive activity.
- Receives incoming calls and makes outbound calling to customers as needed.
- Day-to-day requests which include licensing knowledge and proposal/quote creation, along with opportunity management.
- Supports the sales effort, updates the database, and communicates changes within the company.
- Opportunity creation and management with aligned Account Managers and set up customers in SoftwareOne internal systems.
