This role focuses on supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and designing security solutions. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored proposals that align with best practices and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with Security Sales Specialists to understand customer needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions using Microsoft Security technologies.
- Solution Design: Create architectural designs, solution roadmaps, and documentation that align Microsoft’s security capabilities to customer security priorities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose security solutions.
- Design and present technical architectures for cybersecurity offerings.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
- Support RFP responses and create detailed solution documentation.
- Stay updated on Microsoft security portfolio and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on security best practices.
