M365 Associate Consultant
Contract type: full-time | Location: Bucharest, Romania | Working model: hybrid
Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 and eager to help customers make the most of cloud technology? Do you enjoy solving problems and working in a collaborative environment? Ready to grow your skills with global experts in modern workplace solutions?
You’ll join our Cloud Managed Services team, supporting customers across the EMEA region. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 technologies - helping individuals and businesses manage and optimize their cloud environments. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, continuously develop your technical skills, and earn vendor certifications to stay up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Communicate clearly with customers about progress and solutions
- Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles in English
- Follow quality and security processes for every engagement
- Support service improvement initiatives and drive customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Level 2/3 engineers and Team Leads for escalations
