We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Almaty. In this role, you’ll focus on growing our client base and keeping strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. You’ll work closely with local and international teams to bring value to clients and help them reach their business goals.
What you’ll do:
Build and keep long-term relationships with new and existing clients (minimum 250 seats).
Identify business needs and show how our products and services can meet them.
Understand client strategies and provide licensing advice.
Create and manage sales opportunities, from first contact to closing the deal.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports on time.
Work together with other teams to meet client goals.
Join client-focused marketing and sales events.
Help increase company revenue and profitability.
