You’ll define and drive the Data & AI CoE’s vision, bringing together innovation, market insights, and operational excellence to create industry-leading services that deliver measurable business impact. Acting as both a strategic architect and culture ambassador, you’ll guide global teams, collaborate across regions, and influence the evolution of SoftwareOne’s Data & AI offerings worldwide.
What You’ll Do:Define and drive the global strategy for Data & AI Services, aligning the portfolio with evolving customer needs, partner priorities, and market opportunities.
Lead the Data & AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) — setting the strategic direction, governance framework, and roadmap that ensures consistency, innovation, and excellence worldwide.
Oversee the full service lifecycle, from concept and design through market validation, launch, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across regions and other CoEs to ensure global alignment and effective local execution of Data & AI initiatives.
Support large and complex customer engagements — guiding pre-sales and delivery teams, capturing learnings, and feeding insights back into the service portfolio.
Foster innovation by developing scalable, modern delivery models and accelerating the adoption of emerging Data & AI capabilities.
Inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing global team, promoting growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and technology partners, influencing strategic investments and shaping the future of SoftwareOne’s Data & AI ecosystem.
