You will be responsible for leading and technically coordinating Digital Workplace projects, focusing on the implementation, integration, and optimization of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, security and collaboration tools. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, define both functional and technical architectures, and ensure effective delivery aligned with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a point of reference for internal teams and partners regarding workplace technology services, actively contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, ensuring the acquisition of key certifications for M365.
• Become an expert, providing tailored guidance and solutions aligned with the client’s business needs.
• Perform in-depth analyses of clients’ technological environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Design and execute digital transformation strategies to drive technological evolution within the client’s organization.
• Develop adoption plans for new technologies to ensure successful integration and a smooth user experience.
• Create and manage service task lists.
