At SoftwareOne, we help organizations unlock the power of the cloud. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in engaging Japanese enterprise and SMB customers, generating new opportunities, and driving growth for our Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.

 

The Role

You will proactively identify and convert new CSP customers, initiate outbound calls, and qualify interest in cloud solutions. This role combines consultative selling with relationship building to deliver value and accelerate digital transformation for our clients.

Objectives
  • Drive new CSP customer acquisition in the Japanese market.
  • Support sales efforts through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify interest in cloud solutions.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities, generate leads, and close CSP deals.
  • Develop tailored pitches for specific industry sectors.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM for targeted marketing and reporting.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and share best practices.
