As the first point of contact in the office, you’ll make sure the space is well-organized, the team is supported, and visitors feel welcome. You’ll work closely with the Delivery Center Lead and People & Culture to keep daily operations running effortlessly.
What you’ll do
- Manage the office budget and ensure spending stays within company standards.
- Keep track of supplies, hardware, and inventory.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite events that build a positive office atmosphere.
- Maintain and improve office procedures and workflows.
- Support onboarding by guiding new joiners through office routines and essentials.
- Welcome visitors and manage communication with external partners and suppliers.
