Key Responsibilities 

• Administrative and operational support for the Talent Development area, including calendar coordination, document preparation, and follow-up on key activities.
• Support in internal communication processes, creating messages, materials, and announcements for multicultural teams in both Spanish and English.
• Organize and maintain materials, documentation, and key reports for program tracking and special projects.
• Participation in culture, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives, supporting events, activities, and cross-functional team processes.
• Collaboration in multicountry projects, gaining international exposure while working with colleagues from different regions.
