Deloitte Consulting Office of Confidentiality & Privacy (C&P) is seeking a consultant with demonstrated success in risk management to join the team. The ideal candidate would be an established professional in risk management and mitigation, with a track record of outstanding project management skills, strong judgement and investigation skills in managing time sensitive issues, demonstrates responsiveness. Integral to the success of the role is analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide insights in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment working with business leaders and professionals across the organization. Key responsibilities for this role are managing the development, design, and deployment of confidentiality and privacy training materials (Confidential Information Management Plans [CIMPs] by creating content and facilitating training sessions for account teams. Expertise in PowerPoint and attention to detail skills are required. Strategic responsibilities can include making recommendations for continuous enhancements of the CI Program, reporting and analytics, identification of emerging risks, and presentations to Consulting C&P leadership and other stakeholders. With technology disruptions in the marketplace, being tech savvy with the ability to drive innovation and program enhancements by using automation is preferred.
C&P is responsible for helping to expand the CI risk management capabilities within industries such as Consumer, Energy & Industrial Products (ER&I), Financial Services Industry (FSI), Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC), Technology and Media & Telecommunications (TMT) for Deloitte. The Consultant will support the deployment of the Confidential Information (CI) Program to Industry Accounts and Engagements. This includes working with C&P Risk Managers to deliver required work products throughout the contracting and delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate can interpret various contracting documents and artifacts to identify CI contractual requirements for inclusion in the CI training materials..

The Consulting Office of Confidentiality and Privacy (C&P), led by the Chief Risk Officer, is a steward for Deloitte's reputation and is responsible for protecting Deloitte and client confidential information by working directly with delivery leadership and personnel to ensure data security throughout the delivery data lifecycle. In that role, C&P is responsible for the development and deployment of a comprehensive CI program to mitigate confidentiality and privacy risks across Deloitte. C&P is organized around strategic areas to assist and advise Deloitte teams to mitigate their confidentiality and privacy risks to protect, preserve and enhance the reputation of Deloitte and our clients. These strategic areas include the following key programs driven by C&P:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,500 to $141,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do
Provide CI Risk Mitigation:
- Lead the development, design, and deployment of training materials (CIMPs)by creating content, incorporating graphics, and facilitating training sessions to account and engagement teams. This includes reviewing and analyzing various contracting documents such as the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work, Engagement Letter, and Change Order. Develop tailored CIMPs and resources for accounts or engagements with non-standard or unique terms and requirements.
- Support the development and update of general guidance, CI Program resources, and account/engagement CIMPs. Update CIMP content to include new trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI).
- Work closely with the members of the C&P team to monitor the C&P mailbox and address ad hoc requests from account teams (e.g., review technology exception requests).
- Provide guidance to engagement teams on CI safeguards and obligations.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Consulting C&P website content to provide up-to-date and relevant CI resources and guidance for Consulting stakeholders.
- Support the CI Program Touchpoints Initiative by collaborating with account/engagement data managers on CI Program implementation progress, identifying necessary CIMP updates based on contract updates, scope changes or other impacts, and offering C&P guidance materials and resources to raise awareness regarding C&P requirements
- Work with Consulting C&P leadership to establish goals to support and foster the success of the CI Program.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate with 2+ years of post-graduate experience in risk and project management or policy and governance.
- Required 2+ years of experience in cloud applications, Gen AI tools, and the software development process.
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
