As a Lead Data Integrity Specialist, you will design and maintain enterprise datasets that enable analytics, reporting, and operational excellence across the organization. Your work will ensure data accuracy and reliability, supporting strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Design and maintain scalable enterprise datasets using Databricks, AWS Athena, R and SQL to ensure high data integrity. 

  • Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from Oracle/SAP and other source systems. 

  • Build and optimize dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) connected to engineered datasets for business insights. 

  • Integrate new data sources and engineer models that support sales, operations, and support teams. 

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through root-cause analysis and implement engineering-driven solutions. 

  • Analyze trends and anomalies in data to proactively escalate issues and support decision-making. 

  • Document data processes, dictionaries, lineage, and engineering logic for continuity and auditability. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data governance and high-quality standards across all pipelines. 

 

What You Will Need 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar data related role. 

  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, AWS Athena, and modern data engineering workflows. 

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data models. 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with R programming for data analysis and engineering tasks.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, and Power Automate. 

  • Knowledge of inventory tracking, asset management data structures, or operational datasets. 

  • Exposure to process improvement or pipeline optimization. 

$87,600.00 - $186,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
