Analyst 3, P1, Operations Business Management : Job Level - Analyst
Job Details
o Liaising/communicating with Global stakeholders and various operational groups
o Process management of various client related functions such as trade amendments, cash payments client queries & reporting within specified timescales
o Identification and timely escalation of risk items to management
o Planning and organising of project, initiatives and team testing
o Providing reporting /information to management and key stakeholders
o Ensuring procedures are accurate, relevant and adhered too
o Proactively contribute towards the drive to improve process efficiency through root cause analysis Skills required (essential)
o Candidate should have a strong background in Financial Services within Operations
o Ability to manage and prioritise workload and work in deadline driven environment
o Proactive & flexible team player
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o High levels of accuracy and numeracy
o The utilization of analytical and investigative skills to a successful conclusion
o An understanding of risk management and escalation
o Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner
o The ability to establish and build effective working relationships with local and global colleagues
o Experience preparing team procedures and assessing/implementing team controls
