Backup Engineer – Hybrid Cloud Support

Role Purpose
As a Backup Engineer, you will provide technical support for backup-related issues across on-premises, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments. You will play a key role in maintaining customer systems and ensuring seamless operations while continuously developing your skills through our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for backup systems and customer issues across hybrid cloud environments.
- Work on Managed Hosted Commvault and SaaS Metallic services to ensure business stability.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather information and resolve incidents effectively.
- Apply troubleshooting techniques and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.
