Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A. seeks a Vice President, Business Analysis in New York, New York
Design innovative new banking technology products with market leading competitive advantages. Define and manage the client experience across a suite of cash management products. Work with technology, business, and design partners to define and write requirements and user stories. Engage in client user research, leverage data analysis to inform product decisions, and wireframe design of new products. Design testing strategies, engage in end user testing, supervise execution of test plan. Present findings, project updates, engagement and adoption metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Work in Agile product management teams, collaborating with design, research, technology, legal and compliance teams and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Assistant Vice President, Associate, Analyst, Digital Product Management, Business Analyst, or related role in the technology field. Requires three (3) years of experience with: Technology product management or software development; consumer technology in banking and wealth management; digital payment methods in a technical and non-technical capacity; payment solutions across different software architecture including Mainframe, Distributed, API, and Cloud; writing business requirements as user stories for engineering teams using tools including JIRA; cross-functional agile teams and dependency tracking; documenting technical process and analysis using platforms including Visio; performing data analysis and visualization on tools including SQL, Tableau, and Adobe analytics; vendor solution implementation with internal and external partners; and identifying and measuring project KPIs.
