We are hiring an Events Specialist for our Northern Europe team responsible for managing end-to-end events, including planning, editorial line consistency, quality execution, and delivery.
You will be a key player in the planning and execution of internal and external events. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and strategic business partners to implement and manage events for Dassault Systèmes solutions.

This role can be based either in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Manage full event lifecycles to maximize client and prospect engagement across Northern Europe
- Define and align local event portfolios with global strategic objectives and business goals
- Drive creative direction for innovative, tech-enabled event formats targeting senior executive engagement
- Ensure event selection aligns with available resources (budget, personnel) and lead generation targets
- Execute high-quality events with integrated marketing plans, combining online and offline strategies
- Develop editorial themes and communication threads for each event from planning to post-event follow-up
- Maintain compliance with corporate processes and guidelines throughout event planning and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Brands, Industries) and external partners
- Coordinate with GEO Managing Directors and leaders to tailor events to regional business needs
- Brief and manage event agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience of managing corporate events for a multinational organization
- Direct experience of defining events, promoting awareness, and meticulous planning
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and partnership management
- Proven events experience with experience of working with companies/agencies
- Strong communication and presenting skills. Proficiency in the Swedish language is preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing accordingly
