We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hourly Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to employees, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate learners.


Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver technical training programs and materials tailored to the needs of employees, including but not limited to the Upskilling program, Apprenticeship program, and the Maintenance Trainee program.
· Conduct training sessions in various formats, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, and virtual training.
· Understand maintenance principles and basic Maintenance tasks on shift, manage trouble shooting in the shift.
· Assess the training needs of employees and continuously evaluate and improve training programs.
· Provide individual coaching and support to employees as needed.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
· Maintain training records and provide reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.
· Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance training content.
· Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
· Insight and understand operation principles of machines, understand what good in machine operation to sustain Line Performance as Nestle standards should look like.
· Train and coach to ensure operational competency of production operator can achieve desired level to proper operate the equipment.
· Transfer technical competency and basic maintenance skill to production operators.


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in technical training or education.
· Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of Poka, iLearn, and other digital systems.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
· Proficiency in using training software and tools.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $29.00 to $40.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.​
