Key Responsibilites
- Manage end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) activities for enterprise customers
- Maintain accurate license entitlement & compliance using FlexeraOne
- Perform license imports, reconciliation, and consumption analysis
- Provide actionable insights for cost optimization & risk mitigation
- Support customers through compliance assessments & vendor audits
- Create custom reports to optimize software usage and spend
- Act as Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries across xDC services delivery
- Ensure SLA-driven delivery with strong process adherence
- Lead or support SAM projects in collaboration with global teams
