DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a support resource on DG-related projects and work assignments.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues, including technical challenges in DG systems.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to the team and stakeholders.
  • Support budget planning, tracking, and administrative logistics.
  • Assist in managing project risks using quality tools and methodologies.
  • Document and share team learnings and apply lessons learned to improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain project notes, databases, and records; report status updates to the Project Manager.
  • Troubleshoot DG system electricals, including:
  • DG Battery Systems
  • Main Alternator Systems
  • Power Quality Controllers (PQC)

Project Schedule Management - Manages the planned schedule using the recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.

Project Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
  • Prior experience in DG systems and electrical troubleshooting is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to project coordination and support in a technical environment is preferred.
