Key Responsibilities Program & Project LeadershipLead cross-functional planning and execution activities for the acquisition integration project, partnering closely with Global Procurement and GPC leadership.
Define integration scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics aligned to business and transition objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans required to integrate the acquired site into GPC Costa Rica, including all tasks, owners, dependencies, and milestones.
Monitor programs and workstreams from initiation through completion, ensuring progress remains on schedule and within budget.
Program Scheduling & Work BreakdownDevelop and maintain detailed program schedules, including critical paths, intersecting milestones, and long-term integration timelines.
Build and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), taxonomy documentation, and Gantt charts that reflect all integration tasks and dependencies.
Analyze schedule risks and critical path impacts, identifying issues early and implementing mitigation actions.
Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationDevelop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely communication across functions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, steering updates, and integration status reviews.
Act as a primary interface between Global Procurement, GPC Costa Rica, and other internal customers affected by the acquisition transition.
Operational & Team LeadershipProvide leadership to team members supporting transition activities, including direct reports and cross-functional contributors.
Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to integration workstreams.
Guide team performance, workload planning, and prioritization during the transition timeline.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within transformation, integration, or supply chain environments.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills.
Experience working with WBS, Gantt charts, and critical path methodology.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Ability to resolve complex issues with limited guidance in a dynamic, high-change environment.
