We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Business Technology Product Manager, Global Supplier Services to be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology projects across our global organization.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director position within our Business Services and Innovation team, which is supporting the Global Supplier Services Organization.

What you'll do in the role:
In support of our Global Supplier Services, learn and implement the latest technologies related to procurement, vendor management and intelligent workflows; Participate and lead key parts of a multi-year transformation and innovation initiative.
Act as Product Owner for multiple squads across Global Supplier Services including vendor products and data integration; Translate business requirements into Epics, user stories, and product specifications for development teams; Maximize product value through continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives; Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and UAT, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Organize and lead incremental business reviews and squad sync meetings; Serve as liaison between cross-functional teams, SMEs, and external vendors (e.g., SAP, Microsoft).
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in technology projects within an Agile environment.
Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, contract management processes, as well as understanding of vendor risk management and compliance requirements
Experience with technology implementation projects and SDLC lifecycle.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Roadmunk).
Ability to influence and collaborate across dispersed teams.
Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP or similar.
