DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team Manufacturing in Engineering at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Create a safer workplace every shift by stopping work when hazards arise, using PPE correctly, reporting risks early, and actively looking for coworkers to prevent injuries and incidents.
  • Protect quality at the source by following standard work, SPC, poka-yoke, and visual controls, performing inspections, and quickly identifying and containing non-conforming material.
  • Deliver consistent customer-ready product by operating manual and automated equipment accurately, meeting dimensional and performance requirements every cycle.
  • Achieve and sustain production targets through strong core skills, working to engineered cycle times, and maintaining focus on productivity with limited supervision.
  • Improve cost, quality, and efficiency by raising issues, suggesting improvements, and participating in problem-solving to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
  • Maintain reliable equipment and work areas by keeping stations clean and organized, performing routine machine cleaning, and completing planned operator care and basic maintenance.
  • Support operational flexibility and uptime by collaborating with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify equipment issues and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Strengthening team performance and culture through clear communication, active participation in training and development, and contributing ideas that improve safety, quality, processes, and employee growth.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
