What You Will Do
Process secondary market sales requests promptly, ensuring timely escalation to meet sales team needs.
Maintain and update the Secondary Market Site to ensure accurate and current information.
Advise revenue operations management on stock disposition and recommend actionable strategies.
Collaborate with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure on-time delivery to customers and sales teams.
Execute day-to-day operations including order entry, SLOC management, and material variant creation.
Evaluate opportunities for product buyback and marketplace placement to maximize revenue potential.
Manage incoming SMS inventory in coordination with the trials team and support material reservations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline sales operations.

Knowledge of logistics coordination and inventory management.

This is hybrid role where you are expected to be onsite Monday - Wednesday in Portage, MI
