Key Responsibilities:

Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources. Learns and applies Cummins Operating System (COS). Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet manufacturing goals. Works with peers to maintain process performance. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Details:-
- Diploma/Graduate
- Hands on experience of 3-4 years in Engine and Genset products is required
- Basic Knowledge of Change management is required
- Excel and power point experience is required
- Hands on experience of Windchill/Oracle system is preferred
- Genset and Engine part and product release activities need to be taken up in windchill and oracle system
- Performing Hard validation activities (checking parts as per BoM) on line for Genset and Engine
- Providing tool improvement ideas and working on IT demands for tool improvements
- Preparing reporting using excel and power point
