DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration & Automation
- Configure and maintain PLC, SCADA, and CNC interfaces.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for production lines.
- Integrate IoT devices for real-time monitoring.
Network & IT Infrastructure
- Maintain plant-level networks (LAN/WAN, industrial Ethernet).
- Ensure cybersecurity for industrial systems.
- Manage servers, databases, and backup systems.
Software Development & Support
- Develop custom applications for production monitoring.
- Maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP connectivity.
- Troubleshoot software issues in machine controllers.
- Knowledge of Ignition platform
Data Management & Analytics
- Collect and analyze machine performance data.
- Implement predictive maintenance algorithms.
- Support digital transformation and smart factory initiatives.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose hardware/software issues in automation systems.
- Provide technical support for CNC, PLC, and robotics.
- Ensure minimal downtime during breakdowns.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT and industrial standards (IEC, ISO).
- Train operators and technicians on system usage.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Diploma in Computer science / Information technology / Electronic & telecommunication
Experience:
