We are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to support the registration, control, and lifecycle management of IT assets. This role ensures accurate asset tracking, CMDB updates, inventory integrity, and proper handling of equipment throughout its lifecycle, from storage to renewal, donation, or disposal.
What you'll doRegister, control, and track minor IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Maintain and update the CMDB and ABC inventory reports.
Diagnose equipment in storage and perform secure data wiping.
Prepare devices for donation, destruction, or renewal processes.
Manage warranties and related documentation.
Coordinate and execute annual physical inventory counts.
Safeguard and manage documentation using SharePoint.
Package IT equipment for shipment.
Generate reports on stock levels, obsolescence, and asset rotation.
Ensure compliance with internal asset management and warehouse processes.
