IMAC Operations Analyst

We are seeking an IMAC Operations Analyst to manage and execute Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests. This role ensures controlled execution, proper coordination with multiple internal teams, and accurate documentation to support smooth onsite IT operations.

• Receive, validate, and close IMAC requests through the ITSM tool.

• Execute controlled installations, moves, and changes according to defined procedures.

• Coordinate with IT, logistics, facilities, and courier teams to ensure proper IMAC execution.

• Document activities and update requests in the ITSM tool (Aranda).

• Ensure delivery confirmation and service completion.

• Package IT assets for relocation and transport.

• Prepare equipment for deployment and readiness.

• Support onsite IMAC activities as required by the operation.
