As an Order Processing Associate/junior, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, on time, and with the highest quality standards. This role has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business results, requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
Manage and track incoming order-related requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Review customer quotes and convert them into complete, ready-to-process orders
Validate order details and ensure all required information is correctly configured
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect, deliver, and clarify order data
Follow up on pending orders, approvals, and exceptions, escalating when needed
