We’re seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a ETL QA, in Analytics Intelligence & Data Technology to who will be working as the QA automation analyst and drive the core automation activities.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.
This is Associate position that devises test strategies, conducts and/or coordinates tests, and identifies defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

What you’ll do in the role:
• Technologies: Data Testing, ETL, Hadoop, Teradata, Snowflake, iCEDQ, API, Python
• Analytical approach to test and development
• Understand business objectives. Working with users to formulate business & system requirements.
• Participate in Agile scrum team in analysis of customer requirements and user stories to identify acceptance test criteria
• Collaborative, open-minded approach to work
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to take ownership and run stakeholder meetings
• Be excellent at time management and delivery management
What you’ll bring to the role:
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Experience working as Automation analyst with extensive experience of working on Databases, ETL, UI and API based applications
• Critical thinking ability, Strong problem-solving capacity
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with different moving parts and deliver to tight deadlines
• Experience in managing larger agile teams, fleet and squads ns.
