Preparation of quotes for customer software requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales Support, Finance) as well as external teams (Partners, OEM) to deliver the outstanding customer's experience.
Plan, process, support day-to-day tactical actions (i.e., processing of orders, credits and returns and making suggestions for existing process refinement) and load orders with the vendors using internal ERP/Vendor Portal/Emails
Prioritising and onboarding of new publishers based on customer requirements
Handle client relationships by resolving customer issues related to Quotation, Pricing etc.
Resolving high complexity and proactively following up on highest complexity issues to resolve them with some mentorship along with a vision of working towards ZERO customer concerns.
Build awareness and facilitate client data to business & technical consultants.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient processing and delivery of requests.
Advise on Licensing to external as well as internal customers and build trust with your domain expertise.
Handle all types of publisher specific agreement processing within the framework of the publisher agreement.
Act as a central point of contact for all internal and external customers.
Drive sales process improvements, in partnership with leaders.
