DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
As part of a formal apprenticeship or regional training program, assists with facilities changes and improvements; assists with maintaining relationships with various suppliers and vendors of services provided to the facility; communicates changes and improvements to affected facility occupants. Performs activities under direct supervision.
We are looking for a motivated Facilities Associate join our team in (Avondale, AZ).

Will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support facilities management with scheduling maintenance work, special projects, and facility improvements.
- Assist with planning and implementing facility changes and communicating updates to facility occupants.
- Help prepare budgets, create purchase orders, and support invoice approvals.
- Update and maintain CAD layouts and master plans; assist with managing floor and office space.
- Coordinate installation of communications equipment with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Attend required on-site and off-site training programs and make progress toward local certification.
- Perform facilities-related tasks under direct supervision in accordance with established procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Willingness to learn through a formal apprenticeship or regional training program.
- Ability to work under direct or close supervision with guidance and review.
- Basic understanding or interest in facilities maintenance, operations, or building systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
CDL is required for this role.
This role will be doing facilities task along with CDL responsibility.
Hours: 6AM - 6PM (depending on upon business requirement).
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
