This role is responsible for providing information and assisting daily surgery cases to ensure the safety and effective use of Stryker products.

Essential duties & responsibilities: 

• Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage

• Surgical Cases pre & post arrangement including instrument kit monitoring

• Assist & support CME workshops/ in service

• Maintain good relationship with key customer stake holders

• Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED

Education & special trainings:

• Certificate or Diploma with nursing related field or experience in nursing & case scrubbing

Qualifications & experience:

• 2-3 years of work experience as Scrub Technician or clinical support

Physical & mental requirements: 

• Initiative, pro-active and enthusiasm 

• Excellent communication 

• Good planning skills 

• The ability to work calmly under pressure 

• Self-motivated and team oriented

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
